The Team
Sunil Kapoor (LLB) heads the Company Legal Matters and Taxation departments at Zenith. He has over 30 years of experience in the field of Taxation and Corporate Laws. He is an expert in representation of cases at High court, Registrar of Companies (ROC), Company Law Board (CLB) and Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT). He also has a vast experience in legal drafting, company matters, arbitration and taxation matters.
After completing his graduation from Shri Ram College of Commerce, he completed his LLB in 1981 and has been practicing Taxation & Corporate Laws since.

Sudhir Kapoor (FCA) heads the Risk Advisory segment at Zenith. He has over 25 years of diversified experience in Financial Services Industry, Banking Industry, Consumer & Industrial Products Industry and Hotel & Entertainment Industry. He is an expert in the field of Business Controls Advisory, Internal Audits, Management Audits and Financial Risk Management.
He is an FCA from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a commerce graduate from the prestigious Shri Ram College of Commerce of Delhi University. He undertook audit training from Sahni Natrajan & Behl wherein he independently handled Management Audits, Internal Audits and Risks & Controls Mapping for some of the most renowned organisations in the country.
He is an FCA from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a commerce graduate from the prestigious Shri Ram College of Commerce of Delhi University. Aman Chikersal (ACA, CFA) heads the Corporate Finance department at Zenith. He has a vast experience in Financial Analysis, Project Appraisals and preparation of Project Reports.
He is a Chartered Accountant (2007) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (2012) from University of Massachusetts - Boston. After graduating from Shri Ram College of Commerce, he worked with Deloitte Haskins & Sells for five years. Thereafter, he was a part of Financial Advisory Service teams with multi national companies.
Mahima Kapoor (ACA) heads the Business Process Outsourcing segment at Zenith. She has an experience of over 5 years in the field of Accounting and Taxation. She has handled end to end accounting and taxation work for clients based in and outside India.
After completing her graduation, she had the opportunity to work with Deloitte Haskins & Sells. She is a Chartered Accountant (2008) and has also completed a certificate course on International Taxation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
